How does payment work?
After you sign up, you'll receive a secure payment link through Square to enter your card information. Your subscription will then be charged automatically each month before your next delivery, so there's nothing else you need to do. You'll receive an email confirmation for each payment.
What flowers will I receive?
Every month's bouquet is uniquely designed using fresh, seasonal blooms and greenery that are safe for pets. No two arrangements are exactly alike! I love creating bouquets inspired by the colors and feel of each season, so every delivery is a fun surprise.
Can I skip a month?
Yes! If you need to pause your subscription for a month, just let me know before your next billing date, and I'll take care of it for you.
What if I'm out of town?
No worries! Just let me know before your delivery week, and we'll find the option that works best for you. You can gift your bouquet to a friend, reschedule your delivery if possible, pick it up instead, or in some cases receive an extra bouquet with your next delivery. I'll do my best to accommodate your plans whenever I can.
Do you deliver everywhere in Austin?
I deliver throughout most of the Austin area! Enter your delivery address when you sign up, and I'll confirm that you're within my delivery zone before your first bouquet.
Are all flowers pet-safe?
Yes! Every flower and greenery variety I use is carefully selected using the ASPCA's list of toxic and non-toxic plants, so you can enjoy fresh flowers in your home with greater peace of mind.
Note: Even if a flower is non-toxic, a pet may still get an upset stomach if consumed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date, with no long-term commitment.
When will my flowers be delivered?
Bouquets are delivered during the first week of each month. I'll send you a reminder ahead of time with your expected delivery day, so you'll know when to look for your fresh flowers.
Why a vase exchange?
Your first delivery includes a vase or mason jar to keep! For future deliveries, simply leave it outside your door on delivery day, and I'll exchange it for a freshly arranged bouquet. It's an easy, sustainable way to reduce waste while keeping your flowers looking beautiful each month.
